Kozhikode, Nov 28 (PTI) Kerala Finance Minister K M Mani today distributed PG diploma certificates at the convocation ceremony of the 14th batch of PG Diploma students of the Institute of Communication and Journalism, Calicut Press Club, here. He said journalists should have social commitment and also a vision about the country.
