Koda’s MLA wife Gita handed over his complaint letter to the Sadar police station around 10.30 pm last night, an official in the Sadar police station told PTI over phone. He said the complaint had charged the jail authorities and not mentioned the name of any individual.

Ansari, who represented India at the summit of the leaders of the 54-nation bloc, had also held informal meetings with Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, among other world leaders here.
