Form 424B3 SEC filing by CIIX It shows the interest of an institutional investor (Kodiak Capital Group, LLC) in CIIX! “Pursuant to our agreement with Kodiak, at our election we may sell Kodiak up to 1,385,000 shares of our common stock for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000 at a price based upon 85% of the lowest daily volume average share price over a five (5) trading day period.” This is a big deal, CIIX could raise up to $1.5 million from Kodiak Capital Group! Spread the word about this! CIIX is continuing to get traction trading close to 3 times average volume today and closing up 6%+ to $0.85. We don`t believe that CIIX will be trading under $1.00 for long.
